Can I request samples of different sock colors or types before making a purchase?

We currently do not offer free customized samples, but we will refund the sample fee if you order more than 500 pairs. If you need a reference, we can provide sample socks from our in-stock inventory free of charge, but you will need to bear the shipping costs.

Can I visit your factory in person?

Yes, you are welcome! Your visit is a sign of support and trust, and we are very delighted to have you come for a tour and guidance in China!

We are also happy to visit you in your country when required to gain a deeper understanding of your requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For custom orders, the minimum order quantity mainly depends on the materials used and the complexity of the process.

For standard materials and processes, the minimum is typically 500~ 1000 pairs.

For special materials and processes, the minimum is typically3,000 pairs.
